Job Summary - Odoo Business Analyst

As an Odoo Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning our business processes and technology with our clients' needs using the Odoo platform. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing, designing, and implementing Odoo-based solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and gather detailed requirements for Odoo implementation.
  2. Process Analysis and Mapping: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through Odoo.
  3. Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure Odoo solutions meet client needs.
  4. Project Management: Assist in managing Odoo projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  5. Testing and Validation: Coordinate testing efforts, validate the functionality of Odoo applications, and ensure they meet business requirements.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of Odoo solutions.
  7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user guides.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to Odoo or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies


Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.
