Job Summary - Sales Specialist
You will be responsible for managing and executing sales operations, handling customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Sales Specialist Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Use Odoo’s CRM tools to manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Customer Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how Odoo’s applications can meet potential clients' business needs.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Building trust-based relationships with clients and expanding sales with existing customers.
- Technical Consulting: Providing technical consultations to clients and assisting in the integration of Odoo products with their business needs.
- Collections: Collecting outstanding invoices from clients to ensure the continuity of services.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Utilize the Odoo platform to develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports using Odoo’s reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in selling ERP solutions like Odoo.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, specifically Odoo CRM.
- Effective communication skills, the art of negotiation, and the skills of building trust and dealing with others and the public.
- Self-motivation and striving to achieve success through achievements.
- Planning skills, time management, dedication and commitment.
- Technical expertise and the ability to understand and clarify technical concepts and link them to customer needs.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish Language.
Experience
At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in systems sales and enterprise business solutions.
Certifications
It is preferable to obtain a certificate in Odoo or ERP systems.

Work Environment:
- Work From Office with opportunities to travel to client sites and to attend conferences and events.
- This role may require a private vehicle to visit client sites and attend events and conferences.
